EIGENROOM is operated by Sangho Ahn (안상호), based in the Republic of Korea. For privacy questions and rights requests, contact parallel.ahn@gmail.com. Do not post personal data in the public GitHub issue tracker.
What is processed
Motor and cart-pole calculations run in your browser. We do not currently offer accounts, collect account email addresses, accept AI questions or uploads, or use advertising trackers. With your separate opt-in, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate product analytics. To deliver and secure the site, our hosting provider Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, URL path, browser information and security events. We use this for service delivery and security, not marketing profiles. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis is legitimate interests in operating a secure educational site (Article 6(1)(f)).
Browser storage and cookies
Saved experiments stay in your browser’s IndexedDB. Language preference stays in localStorage. Your analytics choice is stored separately in localStorage; no choice means no analytics. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” GA4 may then set first-party measurement cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We do not use advertising tags. You can decline or later withdraw through “Privacy choices” in the footer; withdrawing stops further analytics events, removes accessible first-party GA cookies and reloads the page. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies. You can delete saved runs in the lab or clear the site’s browser data to remove all local settings. We cannot restore deleted local experiments. Blocking storage may disable saving and preferences.
Sharing and outside services
Share links encode settings after the # character. URL fragments are ordinarily excluded from HTTP requests to our server, but anyone receiving the complete link can inspect and replay its settings. Exported files stay with you unless you send them elsewhere. Do not include personal or confidential information. The site serves its fonts from its own static assets. When you consent to analytics, GA4 receives page paths, page titles and fixed event labels such as lab run, selected lesson and plant type, together with technical measurement data it ordinarily collects (for example device and approximate location derived from IP). We do not send URL fragments, experimental gain values, imported files, email addresses or other direct identifiers. Google may process this data outside Korea or the EEA; see the Google Privacy Policy and GA4 privacy controls. Cloudflare handles site delivery and may maintain operational logs and process information outside Korea or the EEA; see its privacy policy.
Retention and recipients
We do not maintain an account or experiment database. Local experiments remain until you delete them or clear browser data. Technical hosting records may be retained by Cloudflare under its configuration and policies; we do not claim a fixed period we cannot verify. If you email us, we use your message to handle the request and keep it only as reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data. Cloudflare provides hosting; fonts are served from the same site. Google provides optional analytics only after consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), where applicable). GA4 event and user data retention is configured for two months, without reset on new activity. Aggregated reports may persist longer under Google Analytics settings. Analytics choice remains in your browser until changed or cleared.
Your rights
You can use the lab without an account email and remove local experiments yourself. Contact parallel.ahn@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding data we control, and portability where applicable. We may verify your identity. Rights can have legal exceptions. If GDPR applies, you may complain to an EEA data protection authority; in Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission. This release makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Future features and changes
Before adding login, cloud-saved runs, public sharing or AI questions, we will update this notice with the relevant data, purposes, retention and choices. Future Google login may involve an email address, but EIGENROOM does not collect an account email today. Material changes will be announced on the site.

현재 처리하는 정보와 목적
모터·역진자 계산은 브라우저에서 수행됩니다. 현재 회원가입, 계정 이메일 수집, AI 질문·파일 업로드, 광고 추적 기능은 없습니다. 별도로 동의한 경우에만 Google Analytics 4로 서비스 이용 현황을 집계합니다. 웹사이트 제공과 보안을 위해 호스팅 업체 Cloudflare가 IP 주소, 요청 시각·경로, 브라우저 정보, 보안 이벤트 등 기술적 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 목적은 서비스 제공과 보호이며 광고 프로필 생성이 아닙니다. GDPR 적용 시 법적 근거는 안전한 교육 서비스 운영을 위한 정당한 이익(제6조 제1항 (f))입니다.
브라우저 저장소와 쿠키
저장한 실험은 브라우저 IndexedDB, 언어 선택은 localStorage에 남습니다. 분석 허용·거부 선택도 별도 localStorage에 보관하며 선택 전에는 분석을 실행하지 않습니다. “분석 허용” 후에만 Google 태그 관리자와 Google Analytics 4를 불러오고 _ga, _ga_* 등 측정용 쿠키가 설정될 수 있습니다. 광고 태그는 사용하지 않습니다. 푸터의 “개인정보 선택”에서 거부하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회 시 추가 전송을 멈추고 접근 가능한 1차 GA 쿠키를 삭제한 뒤 페이지를 새로고침합니다. Cloudflare가 필수 보안 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 실험실에서 기록을 삭제하거나 브라우저 사이트 데이터를 지우면 로컬 설정까지 삭제됩니다. 삭제된 기록은 운영자가 복원할 수 없습니다. 저장소를 차단하면 저장·언어 기능이 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.
공유와 외부 서비스
공유 링크의 # 뒤에는 실험 설정이 들어 있습니다. URL 조각은 보통 서버 HTTP 요청에 포함되지 않지만 전체 링크를 받은 사람은 설정을 읽고 재실행할 수 있습니다. 내보낸 파일은 직접 전송하지 않는 한 사용자에게 남습니다. 개인정보·기밀정보를 넣지 마세요. 글꼴은 사이트의 정적 자산으로 제공합니다. 분석에 동의하면 GA4에 페이지 경로·제목과 실험 실행, 학습 항목, 모델 종류 등 정해진 이벤트 이름 및 기기·IP 기반 대략적 위치 등 통상적인 측정 정보가 전송될 수 있습니다. URL 조각, 게인 값, 가져온 파일, 이메일 등 직접 식별값은 전송하지 않습니다. Google은 한국 또는 EEA 밖에서 처리할 수 있으며 Google 개인정보처리방침과 GA4 개인정보 설정을 참고하세요. Cloudflare는 사이트를 전송하고 운영 기록을 보관하며 국외에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Cloudflare 정책을 참고하세요.
보유 기간·수신자
회원 또는 실험 서버 데이터베이스는 없습니다. 로컬 실험은 사용자가 삭제하거나 브라우저 데이터를 지울 때까지 기기에 남습니다. Cloudflare의 기술적 기록은 계정 설정과 해당 정책에 따라 보유될 수 있으며 확인되지 않은 고정 기간을 약속하지 않습니다. 이메일 문의는 요청 처리와 법적 의무에 필요한 기간만 사용합니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. Cloudflare가 호스팅을 제공하며 글꼴은 같은 사이트에서 전송됩니다. Google 분석은 선택 동의 후에만 제공하며 GDPR 적용 시 근거는 제6조 제1항 (a) 동의입니다. GA4 이벤트와 사용자 데이터 보유기간은 2개월로 설정하고 새로운 활동이 발생해도 기간을 초기화하지 않습니다. 집계 보고서는 Google Analytics 설정에 따라 더 오래 남을 수 있습니다. 분석 선택은 변경하거나 사이트 데이터를 지울 때까지 브라우저에 남습니다.
이용자의 권리
계정 이메일 없이 실험실을 이용하고 로컬 기록을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 처리하는 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 등은 parallel.ahn@gmail.com로 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인이 필요할 수 있고 법률상 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다. GDPR 적용 시 이의제기·이동권 등 해당 권리와 EEA 감독기관에 진정할 권리가 있습니다. 한국에서는 개인정보보호위원회에 문의할 수 있습니다. 현재 법적 또는 유사하게 중대한 영향을 미치는 자동화된 결정은 하지 않습니다.
향후 변경
로그인, 서버 저장, 공개 공유실, AI 질문을 도입하기 전에 수집 항목·목적·기간·선택권을 포함해 방침을 갱신하겠습니다. 향후 Google 로그인에 이메일이 사용될 수 있으나 현재 EIGENROOM 계정 이메일은 수집하지 않습니다. 중요한 변경은 사이트에서 알립니다.
