1. Service and operator
EIGENROOM is a free, account-free educational control engineering site operated by Sangho Ahn (안상호) in the Republic of Korea. These terms cover the public lab and study pages currently available. Contact: parallel.ahn@gmail.com. Using the site means you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Educational scope
The motor and cart-pole are simplified mathematical models. Numerical results depend on model assumptions, controller settings and computational limits. They are for learning, not a guarantee of stability, safety, regulatory compliance or fitness for hardware. Independently validate any real-world design with appropriate engineering review and physical safeguards.
3. Your runs, exports and links
Runs saved in your browser remain under your control. You may export your own experimental settings and share replayable links. Anyone with a complete link can inspect its encoded settings. Do not place personal, confidential or unlawful content in links or files, or interfere with the service or other users. Public posts, cloud saving and collaborative rooms are not available in this release.
4. Content and attribution
The EIGENROOM name, design and original learning content belong to the operator unless otherwise stated. You may link to the site and use its explanations for personal study or teaching with attribution. Third-party software, fonts and cited sources remain under their respective licenses or terms. Do not imply that EIGENROOM endorses a physical controller or a product based on its simulations.
5. Availability and changes
We may correct models, change features or suspend the service for maintenance or security. We will try to keep the learning core available but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free calculations. Important term changes will be dated and announced on the site; continued use after the change takes effect is subject to the updated terms.
6. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without an engineering warranty and the operator is not responsible for losses caused by using an educational simulation as a real-world safety decision. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or reduce mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Korean law generally governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.

EIGENROOM은 안상호가 대한민국에서 운영하는 무료·비회원 제어공학 학습 사이트입니다. 이 약관은 현재 제공하는 공개 실험실과 학습 페이지에 적용됩니다. 문의: parallel.ahn@gmail.com. 사이트를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 이용을 중단해 주세요.
2. 교육용 범위
모터와 역진자는 단순화한 수학적 모델입니다. 계산 결과는 모델 가정, 제어기 설정 및 수치계산 한계에 좌우됩니다. 학습 자료일 뿐 실제 장치의 안정성, 안전성, 법규 적합성 또는 하드웨어 적용 가능성을 보증하지 않습니다. 실제 설계는 적절한 공학적 검토와 물리적 안전장치를 통해 독립적으로 검증해야 합니다.
3. 실험·내보내기·링크
브라우저에 저장한 실험은 사용자가 관리합니다. 본인의 실험 설정을 내보내거나 재현 링크를 공유할 수 있습니다. 전체 링크를 받은 사람은 인코딩된 설정을 확인할 수 있습니다. 링크나 파일에 개인정보·기밀정보·불법 콘텐츠를 넣거나 서비스 및 다른 이용자의 이용을 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 현재 공개 게시, 클라우드 저장, 공동 작업 공간은 없습니다.
4. 콘텐츠와 출처
별도 표시가 없는 EIGENROOM의 이름, 디자인, 자체 학습 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 출처를 표시하면 개인 학습과 교육에서 사이트를 링크하고 설명을 활용할 수 있습니다. 외부 소프트웨어·글꼴·인용 자료에는 각각의 라이선스와 조건이 적용됩니다. 시뮬레이션을 근거로 실제 제어기나 제품을 EIGENROOM이 보증한 것처럼 표시하지 마세요.
5. 제공과 변경
모델 오류 수정, 기능 변경, 유지보수 또는 보안을 위해 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 학습 기능을 유지하려 노력하지만 무중단 접근이나 오류 없는 계산을 약속하지 않습니다. 중요한 약관 변경은 날짜와 함께 사이트에서 알리며, 시행 후 이용에는 변경된 약관이 적용됩니다.
6. 책임과 법정 권리
관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 교육용 시뮬레이션에는 실제 공학적 보증이 없으며, 이를 실물 장치의 안전 판단에 사용해 발생한 손실에 대해 운영자가 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임이나 소비자·개인정보 관련 강행규정상 권리를 배제하지 않습니다. 이 약관에는 원칙적으로 대한민국 법률이 적용되며 거주지의 강행적 보호 규정은 존중합니다.
